Fast Way To Install Homsy: Home & Family Organizer

Homsy is the all-in-one home management app that keeps your entire household organized. Shared tasks, chore tracking, grocery lists, a family calendar, meal planning, expense tracking, and more — syncing instantly across every family member's device.

Less mental load. Fewer forgotten tasks. More peace at home.

CHORE TRACKER & CHORE CHART
Assign household chores to family members with due dates and priorities. Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly chores and track who's actually doing them. Build streaks, see contribution history, and keep the household running without nagging. The chore chart everyone will actually use.

SHARED TO DO LIST & TASK MANAGER
Create shared tasks with subtasks, comments, and due dates. Organize everything into projects — from home renovation to party planning. Set up recurring tasks that repeat automatically. Never wonder "who was supposed to do that" again.

MEAL PLANNER & WEEKLY MEAL PLANNING
Plan your family's meals for the week in one place. Add recipes, assign meals to days, and automatically generate a grocery list from your meal plan. Weekly meal planning that saves time, reduces food waste, and stops the daily "what's for dinner?" question.

SHARED GROCERY LIST & SHOPPING LIST
A family grocery list that updates in real time across all devices. Organize items by category with quantities and notes. Populate your shopping list directly from the meal planner. Mark favorites for quick re-adding. Create separate lists for groceries, hardware, household supplies, and more.

FAMILY CALENDAR & SHARED SCHEDULE
One calendar the whole family can see and edit. Day, 3-day, and week views. Recurring events with flexible scheduling. Reminders so nothing gets missed. Assign events to specific family members and color-code by person. The family planner that replaces the fridge whiteboard.

EXPENSE TRACKER & HOUSEHOLD BUDGET
Track shared household expenses, bills, and recurring costs in one place. Log income and spending by category, split costs between family members, and stay on top of your household budget. The expense tracker built for families — not accountants.

MOMENTS & COUNTDOWNS
Track "time since" events — last oil change, dentist visit, filter replacement, pet vaccinations. Set countdowns for birthdays, vacations, and milestones. Stop relying on memory for life's irregular tasks.

UTILITY METER TRACKING
Log electricity, water, and gas meter readings. Visualize usage trends over time. Catch unusual spikes before they hit your wallet. Connects directly to your household expense tracking so every cost is in one place.

TRASH & RECYCLING SCHEDULE
Set collection reminders for waste, recycling, glass, and bio. Color-coded and impossible to forget. Never miss trash day again.

SHARED NOTES
A household notepad for anything — Wi-Fi passwords, alarm codes, appliance instructions, babysitter notes. Pinnable and searchable. Everyone in the family has access.

MORE THAN ONE HOUSEHOLD
Belong to more than one home — a second household, a share house, two houses after a separation. Switch between them without logging out, and each keeps its own chores, lists, calendar and expenses. Joining a second household is part of the optional premium subscription.

BUILT FOR REAL HOUSEHOLDS
• Works offline, syncs when connected
• Multi-device support for the whole family
• Each family member gets their own login
• Light and dark themes
• No ads in the core experience

Good — could use improvement. I'm looking for a way to manage a household I'm not always at. one thing that would be incredibly helpful to me would be subtasks (e.g. clean bathroom —> wipe surface, etc) I'm going to explore the app a bit more and update my review in efforts to give ideas. I think expense wise, the ability to help set budgets for groceries and whatnot would also be great.

I love the app itself, however I think the inclusion of a discord server where you could suggest new features, interact with the developers and generally become part of the development process would be a fantastic idea as not only would it make the app much better but also bring the community closer togherther. plus I'd be easy to report bugs and feedback

not a bad introduction, but think app could be improved. editing the name of bins would be useful setting a colour code for family members would be useful having the calendar appointments as scheduled or widget would be useful the energy setting don't seem to work - you report meter reads gross but analysis/narrative seems to expect the movement - could this be tweaked.
